Befur we purrceed, please note that I have just purrsented Sergeant Pussnagel with the Royal Cap and Calabash of the Detective Division, and hereby pronounce him Chief Detective Pussnagel! His outstanding purrformance in sniffing out clues and following them to the end has earned him this title and purrsition. I might mention that the title of Detective was also offered to Inspector Leopod, but he purrlitely refused, saying he purrfurred to remain in the ranks...something about removing his helmet...the reason was not too clear.
