We are here at the Grand Opening of the new purrecinct by Queen Bitsy.

These buildings look like some I seen once in a history book.

I imagine that the Queen got them at a discount cuz they are used.

They look furry grand though.

I see that Queen Bitsy is ready to makes her opening speech.

Everyone, I introduce to you dat well-known purrsonality, Queen Bitsy,

who has somehow, by some miracle, assembled a top-notch purrlice furce.

I pity da poor criminals that they catch.

Bitsy: My dear Kitties, I cannot tell you how purroud I am of our new purrecinct, and of curse,

of the dedicated officers who make up the Royal Purrlice Furce!

In case you are not acquainted with all of them, they are (from your left to right),

Officers Charlie and Polly, rookie Officer Opie, Commissioner Billy-Bub Chester,

Inspector Leopod, Sergeant Pussnagel,

and the newest addition to the furce, Constables Amos and Andy.

I had hoped to make this purrsentation in a much grander fashion, but a serious purroblem has arisen which has taken up much of the time and energy I would otherwise have given it. I shall not go into detail here on this momentous occasion, but in all due time you shall know of it!
