This jpg image was sent to me attached to the following email. I find it especially fascinating, as the man in the picture looks as *solid* as a living person, not at all hazy or transparent as most ghosts in photos are. Spirit activity in this area is backed up further by the vortex shown at the bottom of the picture. My husband also noticed a woman in a billowy white dress just beneath and to the viewer's left of the man's head. Thank you, Nixie, for sharing this superb example of spirit photography.

Hi Doris,

Here's the picture as I promised. I know you will find it fascinating. The picture is a polaroid, which I am in possesion of. It was taken about 6-7 years ago at "Woodchuck" Campground below my moms house. A friend of mine was the activites director at the park, and this particular day, he was taking shots in different locations. The pictures were to be put on a viewing board in the sales office, and were used as an aid in selling camping memberships. The Campground is a beautiful place, and he decided that it was especially so very early in the morning. He went from place to place snapping polaroids and putting each new one to the bottom of the pile, not really looking at any great length at any one in particular. It wasn't until later on in the day, when he was putting the pictures up on the board that he noticed the "extras" in this picture. He brought me the picture and asked me if I saw anything in particular in it :) I asked him who the people were in the photo...then I looked and noticed that the man in the pic was sort of up in the air,and without the lower half of his body. Well needless to say my friend (not at all be the adventuous or even slighty curious type) threw the picture in the trash! He said there WAS NO ONE there when I took that picture! It was taken at 6am...in a remote area of the park... I fetched it out of the trash and have hung
on to it all these years. After all it's not often we get a glimpse into the afterlife right?

Later on being the inquisitive soul that I am...I discovered in the library a 5 volume set of books called "The Temecula Creek masacre". Well Temecula creek runs right through the campground. Apparently there was an awful battle that took place there. My Mother has lived and worked in the Campground for the last 25 years. She said that 3 tribes of Indians inhabited the 149 acres, and that hundreds of artifacts, arrowheads, moccasins, matate' , beads, and many other things have been found throughout the campground. Of an interesting nature also is the fact that when I take her dog for a romp down in the area where that photo was taken(in front of an old bridge) you walk in and out of warm and cold spots? It's very eerie. There is also the original Homestead shack and grave stones of the people that settled on the land and bought the property from the Indians for $25 and 1 black bull! The original bill of sale is in the general store that my mom manages, signed with X by the Indian chief. If you're ever in California...come by and check it out (the Campground) . It's open to the public.

Nixie
