Introducing...
Sydney St. Sinclair of the Clan Shinclair

Syd

Let me tell you, Sydney is very long suffering. He's been stuffed and packed and wrapped and laced into many a costume, several to help out auntie doris. I'd like to present a tableau of just a few of these get ups he got up in, er to?? Where I have links to pages, they are included too.

I found him eating scraps I had put out for the chickens, at our old house. He was a baby and about starved to death. It took months to tame him, he wasn't wild, but abused we think. He sort of took to my husband (all the kitties take to my husband VBG).

After a fight with another outdoor cat who hung around our yard for food, we had to doctor Sydney. He stayed in the garage apartment we had and in no time was so loving, so sweet that I talked the Husband into getting him to the vet and having tests and shots and a neutering job. He and I were so broke in those days, that we cleaned fence rows at a friend's farm for two weeks to make money for the vet bill.

We called him Peter Pan Pizza then cause he would eat anything and everything..but he looked at us in a cute funny way one day and suddenly my Husband said "Sydney! He's telling us his name is Sydney!"

When I first went online and started creating my own web site - thanks to doris and Tim! Sydney was part of Space Station Tik Tok, The Moon-Unit. After our beloved Captain Tik Tok crossed over to The Rainbow Bridge, Sydney was "elected" to be the new Captain. We gave him a new title, as befitted his new station:

Chief Nabob and Absolute Lodestar

However that didn't keep me from dressing him up.

Another epic by auntie doris, you can see the

And if I have the correct link, the Wedwink starts Here.

As you can tell, Sydney's roots are Very Scottish
He even starred in a story about St Patrick and his Cat.
The True Story of St Patrick I might add.

He has helped keep kitties safe by urging visitors to our web site and other sites, to keep kitties indoor - Always Please.

Feel free to save Sydney's poster and add it to your site.

He had to wear a collar for a while, a few years ago. We made it out of a coffee filter. Worked fine VBG

Hum...Candy Corn Cat!

He wanted to grow up and be a juggler, can you tell?? He starred in the now famous

Back Fence Cat Club
Renaissance Faire!

As you can see, Sydney had several day jobs at the Faire!

He's a good kitty, helping his Ma clean up.
You can see his juggling balls...way in the background
by the books ...VBG

He loves Christmas too. And even wrote a poem about it.

Sydney believes in Safety and we have tried to keep him surrounded by love and care and away from harm and Cosmic Rays.
He's entering the twilight of his life and his days are filled with sleep and sun, there are
few days left to him with us I'm afraid. It's been an honor, Sydney.
