This page is for Olivia and all innocent animals who have been and are now being abused, tortured, or killed at the whim of heartless humans.

We who love animals will not forget the senseless and vicious slaughter of sixteen cats living in supposed safety at the Noah's Ark Animl Shelter. Now there is another tragedy for us to remember--that of Olivia and four other cats who were lured into a fenced lot and torched by students of Indiana University. These are only two examples of the cruelty toward animals being perpetrated in the US today. The laws do not provide for adequate punishment for these crimes, which in many cases are crimes against other humans--the animals' loving owners--as well as the animals themselves.

Shock waves are rumbling across the net! Outraged animal lovers are coming to the fore to see that the perpetrators of the two crimes mentioned above are properly punished. Further steps are being taken to have the current inadequate laws kicked up a notch to make the punishment fit the crime.

There is no reason why good cannot triumph as often as evil. The triumph of anything is a matter of organization. If there are such things as angels, I hope they are organized along the lines of the Mafia.
