Bitsy: My dear Kitties and furriends of the Royal Purrlice Furce, we are here to pay tribute to our brave Commissioner,
Billy-Bub Chester, who, after a lengthy illness, made his way to the Rainbow Bridge on October 11, 2002. He was fifteen years old.
We mourn his loss, fur as well as being a credit to the Furce, he was a much-loved member of our furmily.
Our humans feel his loss deeply, and will miss him as we will.

ovfur stuffed wif all dem donutz} to haf serfed unfur him. We noze he iz in a wonfural purrlace now
& we heerz dere iz a Drunkin Donutz dere dat izalwaze makinz furresh donutz. We alzo noze dat
da bridge haz gained da bestest Catmisshuner to keepz ordfur dere. Evfury time we dunkz a donut into
our catfee we will fondly rememfur our daze wif him. FairwellBilly-Bub, mew will nevfur be furgotten.
